Hi BB, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started when I was 16 years old on a whim. I was at a studio session with some friends and they wanted me to be on the song they were making so I wrote my first verse and recorded , the rest is history. Since then I’ve been committed to the cause and have built companies around the plans I have towards achieving my goal of being Africas first global hip hop export
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all, navigating through the industry and having to learn a lot about how it works hasn’t been easy. Trying to be the first to do something isn’t easy and everyday is a new opportunity to learn and grow
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a recording artist & producer. My proudest achievement thus far has to be going #1 on my city’s Apple Music charts during lockdown. It was the first time I ever meticulously planned out a single roll out and I feel like it was a testament to the saying “you reap what you sow”
What matters most to you?
Becoming a better individual and inspiring others. I want to leave my mark on the world for a very long time when I’m gone.
