Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandi (Brown) Frazier.
Brandi, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and I didn’t have it easy growing up. I started working at 15 years old due to not wanting to end up like my surroundings. I’ve always been very driven and motivated so I went to college and got my Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Organizational Communication and later my Master’s Degree in Communication with a concentration in Training and Development. I ended up moving to Atlanta in 2016 when I finished graduate school.
After many years of speaking, training and, multiple sales leadership roles- I knew the time would come for me to continue educating and breathing life back into people and businesses. I spent a great amount of time as Regional Director of Sales, Operations, and Training and being responsible for over 50 million dollars in revenue for the fastest growing franchise in the world. But I knew my purpose was to do more, touch more and inspire more people and companies! I resigned from my corporate job and went full time building my business and walking in my purpose. It was definitely the scariest most exciting thing that I’ve ever done! But if I’m going to bet on anyone, it would be myself, right?! 🙂
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It most definitely hasn’t been smooth! Some of the struggles I faced was losing the most inspirational women in my life -my grandmother and great grandmother. I always wanted to make them proud and that pushed me to work harder. Also, having to take care of everything without support or having someone to call if things got tough, motivated me to look out for myself and not stop until I reached success.
In hindsight, I know that all of things I endured made me stronger and created the endurance I needed to chase my goals and not stop until I accomplished them. I had a different mentality because I knew that I had to make a better life for myself and my family. Also, being a woman in corporate America was not easy! But I quickly learned how to play the game and excelled in every company I worked for. Starting your own business is not easy and I am so grateful to have a supportive husband who encourages me and truly believes in my talent and abilities. Shout out to my amazing hubby! I appreciate you so much!

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Nothing at all. Every setback, every lesson, every WIN was all part of the process to getting where I’m at now. But, I would tell my younger self to enjoy the moment, appreciate how far you’ve come and the obstacles you’ve overcome!
