Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandon Manley.
Brandon, before we jump into specific questions about your work, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Well, I started playing guitar around the age of ten. I let it go for a couple of years after I decided to join the military. I joined a year after graduating and did a little time active in the US Army National Guard. When that time was over, I decided all I really cared about was music and moved out to Nashville, TN to persue a career in music. Since then, I have shared stages with many names in Country Music including, Ashland Craft, Luke Combs, Ryan Upchurch, Chris Young, Cassidee Pope, Little Texas, and many more! Here in the recent few months of my journey of trying to find my soul purpose in all of this, I went back to my passion in Rap/Trap.
I bought FL Studio and began creating guitar loops to build off of and ever since then I have been plugged in with some of ATL finest producers and a lot of upcoming producers in the market. I am very excited to see how far I can take my guitar skills in this industry. I have this vision of being the only guy doing both. I want to be the Lil nas musician, country and rap. That’s what I want to brand myself as the guy who built himself from both.

Has it been a smooth road?
There were definitely some struggles along the way and still are. Money has definitely been an issue from living in such an expensive city. There have been many times I thought I was gonna have to pack up and go home from possibly not being able to pay the bills.
Can you give our readers some background on your music?
I am known for being a professional live lead guitarist. I am also known for providing producers with guitar samples they need, which incorporates my sound, which is definitely my own. People know me by it.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love the roots for Trap and the culture. Least, I would say definitely the crime rate, but that comes with any major city.
