So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Aka Richboi (which stands for Really Interested & Caring How Business Operate internally) and I’m titled as the #1 Business Enhancer!!! I’ve been an entrepreneur since the age of 13 with my shoe shine stand and in my early 20’s started a janitorial service as well as a Courier Service. At age 27, I sold my courier business as my new tax business had started to blossom, I am now 22 years in the tax business with multi-location in several cities, which I specialize in Small Businesses and Homeowners but about 10 years in I started to focus on assisting small business with starting, running and growing as well as investing & consulting. Hence, there’s where the title of my 1st book came from “Running With Blinders” The Top 17 Mistakes of Small Businesses!!! I am currently since assisting small business but doing a lot more with Millennial to help them achieve early Success.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
For the most part, it has been smooth but starting so young in a finance industry can have its challenges. Also, finding individuals that have the same focus, vision and energy was a small obstacle to faster Success!!!

My initial company is L & B Tax Service, Inc and we specialize in tax preparation for small businesses and homeowners but I’m now knowledge for assisting business be progressive through tax strategies and coaching. I am most proud of the fact that we have been able to sustain for 22 years and help 1000s of individuals & businesses become better financially!!! I know what sets me apart is my passion to see business success and growth!!!
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
My plan is to create other Success stories through teaching the information that I’ve obtained throughout my over 30 years of entrepreneurship as well as keep spreading my business across the United States.
