Meet Brigitta Hoeferle of Brigitta Hoeferle – NLP Center

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brigitta Hoeferle.

Brigitta has been an avid follower of NLP for decades, implemented in her teaching and directing career at the Montessori School of Cleveland which she has founded and built in 2002. Brigitta is known to be the most fast-tracked female trainer and retired head coach of the largest self-development company in the world.

As a proud mother of Amelie and Ana and wife of the renowned Culture Guy and award-winning German Language School Founder & Principal and Montessori School Founder, Principal and Teacher, Brigitta has always given her unique communication skills and NLP knowledge credit for her success.

Today Brigitta successfully leads her company with humility and knowledge, making a great difference in people’s lives. She has been invited to lead from the stage in the art of listening and communicating based on the methodology of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (short NLP) the BANKcode personality science.

She shares the secret, the science, the system and the solution to supercharge YOUR success, especially the women that think they need to do it all by JUGGLING verbal chainsaws in a male-dominated world.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has NOT been a smooth road. There were times I did not know where the next food would come from and I kept manifesting my success and believing in what I have to offer is valuable!

Immigrated to the states from Germany in 2004 on our own dime, with the mission of building a Montessori school, I experienced all kinds of transition and growing pains, when I started and grew my business. Often I felt like the whole world was against me.

Much much later I realized that I was lacking balance between expertise (which was high) and low humanity (remember, I’m German), I lacked efficient Communication Skills (although I studied communication!) with my staff…. tremendously!

I was lacking the love I felt for my clients, (mind you, I was very much in tune with their mission and their purpose).

No other company teaches what I teach with the 4 dimensions. My background is in education, business building, and communication. I’m a master in creating systems, build teams, distribute knowledge and lead with excitement and confidence.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I see that this industry will continue to grow and increase. We have too many people wandering in the dark, becoming more and more aware that they have to do something different and have slowly been going on the journey of finding better working solutions.

The trend MUST start in our schools first, to implement a much more supportive mindset in our children. Once established in the school system (and this may take DECADES!) what I do will be a very big and meaningful part!
