Meet Brittany Lee of Flawless Aesthetics

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Lee.

Hi Brittany, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I graduated nursing school from Columbus State University in 2011. I worked in the ER until I graduated NP school from Auburn University in 2015. After NP school I briefly worked in neurology where I was introduced to Botox for migraines. I was offered a provider position in the ER in 2018 but Botox was always still on my mind. Fast forward to 2020 and I decided to offer cosmetic injections part time until Covid. At that point I left the ER and opened my own medical spa. I’ve been working in aesthetics now for 5 years!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not always been smooth. I’ve had a few people work for me that weren’t in it for the right reasons and made me question if I really wanted to own my own business. The economy is also a factor since everything we offer at our med spa is cosmetic and not always deemed a necessity, therefore in the past business waxed and waned.

We’ve been impressed with Flawless Aesthetics, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are a full service medical spa specializing in making you feel your best self. We pride ourselves in offering conservative treatments, refreshing not overdone looks, quality service with exceptional expertise and professionalism. We prefer to build long term relationships with our clients who become friends. Our office treats all patients regardless of gender, race, religion, etc.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Networking in aesthetics is very difficult but if you have a great product rep they will help connect you with amazing mentors. Also attending diverse trainings and conferences builds relationships and helps with networking.
