Hi Bryan, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My career has been built through a combination of leadership roles, operational experience, and a consistent focus on people. I spent more than a decade in leadership with Chick-fil-A, where I worked my way through multiple operational roles and learned how strong culture, accountability, and service can shape a successful organization. Alongside that, I’ve continued developing as a leader through coaching and leadership development work as a John Maxwell Certified Coach.
Those experiences ultimately led me to pursue business ownership, where I could bring together everything I’ve learned about leadership, service, and community impact. Opening Christian Brothers Automotive Newnan felt like a natural next step, allowing me to build something meaningful while serving families in the community I call home.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I have the type of personality to take whatever obstacle is ahead of me and make it part of the journey. There have been challenges along the way, especially when stepping into new leadership roles and ultimately into ownership, but each challenge helped clarify my priorities and sharpen my perspective. No matter what, I try my best to stay grounded through any obstacles, lean on my family for support, prayer for grace, peers for wisdom, and learn from past experiences to better myself for the future.

Family and community involvement matter most to me, and the two are deeply interrelated. Strong families help create strong communities, and being able to give back locally is incredibly important to me. Whether through the business or personal involvement, I believe investing in people and the community around you is how you build something that truly lasts. As we continue to build our business, having just opened in November of last year, we hope to partner with several local organizations to give back to our guests and larger community throughout various times of the year.
