Today we’d like to introduce you to Cam Stanley.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Cam. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
After I graduated from high school, I attended college in South Georgia. I went to school for one school year which ended in 2017. After that, I worked several jobs from 2017 to February of 2020, from warehouses to temp services. My last corporate job was at a Marriott hotel. I started Fast Lane Auto Spa as a side hustle in the summer of 2019. March of 2020 is when I went full time with Fast Lane.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Definitely wasn’t a smooth road. I struggled with when is the right time to leave my corporate job and go full-time entrepreneurship. I asked for advice from other business owners, they all told me from the personal experiences. I knew I couldn’t follow them because everyone’s situation is different. One day it hit me that right time is now. I just went for it, full fledge.
Fast Lane Auto Spa – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Fast Lane Auto Spa is a mobile detailing service. We are not your typical car wash. Fast Lane is full car detailing service. We specialize in upholstery cleaning, and waxing, and making your car showroom ready. We’re known for our famous slogan, ‘Don’t Get Caught Riding Dirty”. At Fast Lane, we take pride in making sure clients our clients is satisfied with the overall experience. Great communication and quality service is our top priority. What sets Fast Lane apart from others is quality service at affordable prices.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
When I think of success, the first thing that comes to my mind is self. Self-awareness is the goal because a lot of people don’t know what they want in life. Being aware of your desires and motives is definitely a blessing. On another note, one day I do want to start a family. Making sure my children never need anything and that I set them up for the best opportunities in life is definitely success in my eyes.
