Today we’d like to introduce you to Campbell Jordan, Jake Malcolm, James Lyon and Tyler Bramblett.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Campbell, Jake, James and Tyler. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
We started as friends who met at Atlanta Institute of Music and Media. Quickly we realized that we all shared a love and passion for Rock ‘n’ Roll. After trial and error for about 12 months we finally had our first band practice. Things seemed to just fall into place after that.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
After our first unofficial practice the original members began to drop out and were replaced; the resulting project was a resounding failure. After the bassist left the band, followed by the drummer, the original singer and guitarist were contacted to reform the Gyn Soaked Gypsies that we know today.
Please tell us about Gyn Soaked Gypsies.
We administer a raw and honest rock music experience that one may describe as the modern man’s blues. We all take pride in the fact that while we are fresh in the Atlanta music community, we have gained a small yet loyal following. What set us apart from others is our tenacity to stick to our guns and not change our sound or image to adhere to the social norm.
