Meet Cepeda (p3) of Atlanta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Cepeda (p3)

Hi Cepeda (P3), it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I don’t know how brief I can be, honestly. But hey my name is Cepeda, I go by P3, and my story started pretty young. My ultimate goal was always to be an actor, and that just evolved into all types of career paths for me. For a brief time, I was a clothing designer, stylist, music manager, social media consultant, a fake influencer and now, I’m a practicing realtor and up incoming actor. I left everything else behind and stuck with the two that mean the most to me personally.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
A smooth road? That would be the last way I’d describe it. If the road had been smooth, trust me, I’d probably be somewhere accepting an Emmy right now for Outstanding Comedy Actor, while simultaneously selling $100 million in real estate. But in all seriousness, no. In the beginning, I had a hard time accepting ‘no,’ which led me astray from my passion and put me in other fields. But it’s something I’m still not ashamed of, because all of those different paths have taught me so much and brought all kinds of people into my life. It was a true example of something that I have recently been trying to instill in myself which is “Sometimes things have to go bad in order to go good.”

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Before today, that first question was hard to answer, but now it’s quite easy. I’m an actor and realtor, and I’m mostly known for my social media presence. I used to be a fashion social media guy, which gained me a lot of followers on TikTok. Recently, I’ve been getting more into lifestyle content. As for what I do for work now, I’m a practicing realtor and up incoming actor, while also interning at a music firm that specializes in managing deceased artists’ estates. That’s a lot, I know, but as a young creative person, I believe you have to explore to discover more and figure out what you’re truly passionate about and to also just make ends meet.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
As for acting, I see it shifting back to what was very popular in the ’90s and early 2000s, which is sitcoms. As for real estate, in the next five years, I see people renting more than owning because of rising prices. As for music, I don’t feel vetted enough to put an opinion out on that just yet.
