Today we’d like to introduce you to Chance Huffschmidt.
Hi Chance, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I bought my first camera over a year ago. I purchased the camera because I was going on a cross-country trip. During the trip, I realized I had an interest in photography. Once returning from my trip, I began exploring ATL and showing it from my perspective.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There definitely has been ups and downs. I feel it normal to go through creative blocks in this profession and everyone deals with it a different way.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a street photographer and with that, my specialty just being the city as my subject. I am most known for my pictures in Marta and I am most proud of my ability to expand my skills more and moreover the months of shooting.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
With ATL being such a large community, we photographers started a group called ATL shooterz. This group has helped me connect with others with the same interest and helps us push each other as a group.
