Today we’d like to introduce you to Chearice Vaughn, Nicole, Gwen and Naudia James.
G & G was founded in 2008 by Ms. Gwen James. Since that time, the company has grown from a one-vehicle operation to a full service 24-hour ground transportation company with a large fleet of vehicles and chauffeurs to meet all of their clients transportation needs. G & G is a family business and is operated by Gwen, Founder/General Manager, Nicole, Co-Owner, Chearice, Co-Owner, and Naudia, Co-Owner.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
One of the biggest struggles for any business is access to capital. It is a fact that obtaining a business loan for expansion can be difficult for small businesses and we certainly have had our challenges. However, we have found other creative ways to move our business plan forward.

We serve many business executives, celebrities, leisure travelers and families on a daily basis. It is our top priority to maintain excellence in service, professionalism, safety measures and procedures. Whether providing business or leisure travel accommodations, G & G assures quality and reliable ground transportation which includes airport transfers, point-to-point, sporting and special events, conventions, proms, weddings, bachelor(ette) parties or just a night on the town. We know your travel needs vary from day-to-day, so we offer many services that are tailored to fit your itinerary and budget.
Our custom fleet ranges from Mercedes Benz Sprinters, luxury sedans, SUVs, vans and buses. All are late-model automobiles. We take particular pride in keeping our vehicles meticulously maintained with plush, impeccably clean interiors and the amenities you expect in a luxury vehicle.
What we are most proud of and known for is we consistently exceed our clients expectations and provide outstanding customer service. No other chauffeured transportation company goes to the lengths we do to ensure that our clients’ trip is exactly how they imagined it.
What were you like growing up?
Gwen was very outgoing. She played basketball and ran track in high school. She also played in the band in high school and college mastering the flute, saxophone and drums. She has always been very compassionate and protective of others.
