Today we’d like to introduce you to Chris Davis.
Hi Chris, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m originally from a small town called Anderson, Indiana. Now I stay in Orlando, FL to pursue Acting and modeling goals. I started getting into acting in mid-summer 2018 doing background extra work in Georgia and Florida and also got into acting class. I did my first lead short film called The Cookout directed by Jesica Lovelace. And since then, I’ve been in films and television shows like BET TALES, BET Boomerang Series, New Issa Rae show HBO Rap Sh!t and many more. I got into modeling in 2020 and did my first runway in Orlando, Florida and signed to No Label Runway and since then, I’ve been networking with models, photographers, dancers and musicians. Going to events doing runways and photoshoots as well.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It has been really good for me to be honest. I never thought seeing myself becoming an actor or a model. But it’s also good to try something new because you never know how great it is until you try it out. Everyday I have a positive mindset and motivate myself when I start my day. I enjoy giving advices to upcoming actors/actress so they can pursue their dream goals to make it in the acting business. Acting is a business, you got to promote yourself and study on your craft and it takes time and effort.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m an actor here in Orlando, FL. I specialize in acting and modeling. I am known for my previous films I have been in that shows on the website called IMDB. I’m most proud of my craft and networking with other actors and models and I enjoy having my loving family supporting my goals in life that means a lot to me. Sets me apart from others is that I always put God first then family and myself. I’m always a leader and I stay productive and make a commitment to other activities.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
My family makes me happy and the reason why is that I keep them smiling and fill with joy. They are proud of me of what I accomplish.
