Today we’d like to introduce you to Chyna Williams.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I was born in Texas but my parents are separated so I spend majority of my childhood going between Texas and Michigan until I was 9 years old when I moved overseas with my mom for a year. I moved to Atlanta my freshman year of high school and that is when I got into modeling. I’ve always been told that I should model but I didn’t have the confidence to actually do it until high school. I started doing collaborations with my friends who were starting their clothing lines. I’ve always had a love for fashion design and painting but I just recently designed to start taking it more seriously.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The road to where I am now hasn’t been horrible but it hasn’t been smooth either. I struggled a lot with my confidence and being social, I used to be very shy ad timid.
Please tell us more about what you do, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
I am an aspiring model. I love creating art and helping other artists bring their vision to life.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I wouldn’t say luck has played a role in my life or business because I give all of the credit to God and doing the right thing.
