Meet Cierra Wiles of Career Corp

Today we’d like to introduce you to Cierra Wiles.

Hi Cierra, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Changing jobs was stressful. It cost me one of the most precious and value resources we have which is Time. Everyone has a calling. A calling to fulfill and solve a common problem in the world. I was out of alignment to that calling. Like many, I ran away from the very thing that was pulling me to fulfillment. That was coaching. See, what I really found out is that I feared making decisions for my own life. I was afraid to make mistakes that could cost me money. So I played by the rules.

Until I gained clarity on my identity and purpose. See I went through years of job hopping and trying to figure it out because there was a purpose to it. Little did I know I would be led to help other professionals gain clarity and identity. I am fortunate to help high-performing professionals answer their calling.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There is no smooth road. There are places where you have to overcome impostor syndrome, fear of failure, and doubt. But one secret is getting a Coach that can help you overcome the mental blocks that you are unaware of.

You have to submerge yourself in development. This helps you build the confidence you need to be successful.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
