Hi Crank, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started off producing and rapping in the local DMV music scene. I won DMV producer of the year in 2008. I started using the internet to promote my beats online. in 2015 I began making comedic rap skits to promote my production and went viral. since then Ive grown millions of followers worldwide, hundreds of millions of video views, produced for artists like Joyner Lucas and Will Smith, and grown a brand that has earned me much respect from the hiphop, comedy, and overall production community.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Any business has its ups and downs. For me one of the biggest challenges is the ever changing algorithm that determines what content is shown to people. Also constantly changing community guidelines that “govern” what we can post or say online without any real explanation or human checkthrough although we should have freedom of speech.

I’m an artist, producer, and content creator known for blending hip-hop, comedy, and culture in a way that entertains and educates at the same time. My work spans music production, writing, and performance — I’ve produced for artists like Will Smith and Joyner Lucas, while also building a massive online audience through my viral comedic rap skits that have reached tens of millions of views. I specialize in storytelling that connects with people through authenticity, humor, and musicality. What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the gap between entertainment and intellect — creating content that’s not only funny and creative, but sharp, musical, and culturally relevant.

What does success mean to you?
Success is the ability to live my purpose and contribute to the world I exist in.
