Building Crystal Rivers Massage Spa was a journey with challenges and obstacles for Crystal. With a limited background in building a spa storefront, she had to rely on trial and error, learning the ropes of spa design and layout along the way. Limited funds added another layer of complexity, forcing Crystal to be resourceful and creative in her approach.
One of the biggest challenges Crystal faced was having to be a jack of all trades. From marketing and operations to finance and customer service, she had to wear many hats and juggle multiple responsibilities. It was like “building a plane while flying,” as she often described it.
In the early stages, doubts crept in, and Crystal questioned whether all the effort was worth it. She found herself wondering, “Is it worth it? Should I give up?” However, there was always an emphatic ‘NO’ in her mind. Despite the challenges, Crystal remained determined and focused on her vision.
