Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Wallace.
Danielle, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
As a child, one of my favorite people in the world was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. She would have nurses come in and out daily to provide her with strategic care. I remember this one particularly rainy day, a new nurse in all white scrubs was assigned to my gran. I was used to the nurses always closing the door when entering her room but the new nurse left the door cracked. Me being that nosey child and always wanting to know what was going on, I just had to peek through the crack of my grandmother’s bedroom door and saw that nurse being VERY rough. Me being young and scared, I never told a soul, but I made a vow to myself that day that I will never allow anyone to mistreat my grandmother, let alone an elderly person ever again. From that point, I knew God placed a calling on my life to be a healthcare professional.
Has it been a smooth road?
Starting Delightful Days LLC has been a very rewarding experience. Working as a hospice wound care specialist for a number of years before opening my business has the help he gains clients and builds relationships with facilities and family’s who constantly brag on my amazing work ethic, sending referrals my way regularly. I have also had the opportunity to start Lifeline Medical Apparel, which is a stylish fashion forward brand selling scrubs and accessories for the trendy medical professional. Both businesses complement each other well, ultimately providing a very good stream of income for me.
We’d love to hear more about your business.
