Growing up in rural Alabama my family consisted of a lot of do-it-yourselfers’. After earning my degree in business management, I instantly started my business. Through experience I managed to grow my company into one of Atlanta premier renovation companies.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
No! I encountered several over whelming moments. My man struggle was getting the big wigs to trust and believe in me.

Maven Renovations is a black owned construction company that specializes in all phases of residential renovations. I’m most proud of my recent multifamily (225 units) renovations in Stone Mountain GA. What sets me apart from others is my ability to use technology to aide me with all phases of renovations.
What role has luck (good luck or bad luck) played in your life and business?
Unfortunately luck has played a minor role in my success. My mindset and endurance play a vital role to my success.
