Hi Donna, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Born & raised in Brooklyn, NY. I moved to Atlanta, GA in Summer of 2019! I Started off doing Air BNB. I then decided to try the beauty industry out. Didn’t know anything about the beauty industry or running a business. I started my microblading journey taking Sierra From Love and Hip Hops microblading class! And than six months into my career, I started “Glam Starr Academy” Where I started Teaching woman starter classes in Microblading. Made Six Figures my 1st & 2nd year to date. I recently started my Career in Composite Veneers! Because I understand to be the 1st Millionaire in my family! I have to pay attention to numbers! You see! The highest rate I can charge to teach microblading is $1,200! Where-as, Composite Veneers I can charge $6,000 per student! Big difference! And that’s mostly based upon the fact that you can charge anywhere from $400 – $799 a client for microblading and anywhere from $2,500 – $5,000 for composite Veneers. So of course, the more money you can make off of services! The higher ticket you will pay for the trade! My school is also accredited! So I’m super excited about that! It’s all about the numbers! Everyone wants to be a Millionaire and brake “Generational Curses” in their families! But most don’t understand the importance of the Blueprint! The Formula! Making sure the profession that they’re trying to pursue is going to make sense and add up! So when I decided that 6 Figures a year just wasn’t good enough for me! I invested $6,000 into my Composite Veneers Course! Because I understand that I need the numbers to make sense!
I’m also in the Build out process of my Very own Salon Suites!! Where I will have 8 Suites available for beauty Professionals! and One Conference room! “Glam Starr Suites South LLC” in Hampton GA! This project should be complete no later than Nov 1st! 2022! I also understand the importance of multiple streams of income! & passive income! Funnels, Networking, and Partnerships! I come from A very troubled past from the streets! So every single time! I teach one of these trades to these woman! Or men! I know I’m giving them an opportunity to learn how to make thousands of dollars in a different field of work! Other than Stripping, prostitution, drugs, stealing, or scamming just to name a few! You can be a Millionaire! Without having to become a famous ball player or Rapper! I used to be a Rapper also! I still got it too! Lol! But I learned very quickly you have to have a backup plan! Great part of these trades that I learned I liked the most was the Minimal Licensing you need to perform the service legally in the state of GA. and many other states. To be a Microblading Artist you only have to get registered with your local Counties Environmental Health Department as a Tattoo Body Art Artist! Which is very easy to apply and accomplish! I not only teach my students the trade but I also help them.
Register and give them a six months mentorship! Marketing is also imperative with all my classes! I take pride in teaching woman how to scale their businesses! To Six Figures! & more! It’s more than just about advertising on Social Media! It’s about having systems in place! I also started this Mentorship Community! Called “ITGURLVARCITY” Where they subscribe to my community at Only $49.99 a month! They actually get a whole bunch of Vendors lists! Info and videos to follow up on all the trades I teach at “Glam Starr Academy” but also info on Email Funnels, My marketing, Lives, Meet ups, & more! Some of the trades I currently have at my Academy are! Composite Veneers, Microblading/Microshading, Mink Lashes, Scalp Micro Pigmentation, Tooth Gems, Teeth Whitening, Lip Tinting, & more! I made a promise to myself that I’m not going back to the streets! As soon as I left it with God! He took care of it! He has brought me far! And Nothing is impossible without him! I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It was pretty smooth for me. Just because of the Licensing being so easy to apply for. I just trust the process and learn as I go! But you must get started!

What I’m known for in Atlanta, GA is Microblading and Microblading classes! & Now Composite Veneers! What separates me from other artists is I’m street and book-smart! I have a different type of Hustle! I’m a different type of Hustler! I eat, sleep, and breathe my craft! I’m constantly getting creative in my craft! I don’t stay stagnant in my career! I’m always striving for more! I’m always pushing harder! I WILL BE THE 1st MILLIONAIRE IN MY FAMILY!

Keep God first in Everything that you do!! He will shock you every time! Because his blessings are overflowing! I prayed to God in that Dirty Hotel room with lots of money coming in! And everything I wanted! But I knew my God had something better! & there was one thing I was leaving behind & that was my Soul! Don’t sacrifice your Soul for money! We can’t take anything here with us when we go! As Steve Harvey said! “You’ll never see a U-Haul behind a Hearse!”
