Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Glenn Toby.
Dr. Toby, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I am a product of the Hip Hop Nation, growing from youth homelessness, I was homeless from eight years old until the seventh grade. I turned the teachings from my loving family that migrated from Atlanta, Georgia to my birth in Brooklyn, New York. My life experiences, gave me the blueprint to become a Power Broker in the World of Sports and Entertainment. As a Pioneer in The Hip Hop Scene and one of the creators of The New York City Garage House Music movement, I went from being a performing artist to managing the careers of Music, Film & Television LL Cool J, Don King, Jason Weaver, Saigon, David Banner,
My current core focus concentration is in philanthropy. In 1997 I founded The Book Bank Foundation Not for Profit (501 c3). I built my consulting and management company Glenn Toby Sports & Entertainment company.
We advise Multi-National Corporations, in the area of business development. I also owned Tera Firma Sports Agency we represented Major Sports Athletes, National Football League Superstars, Antonio Freeman, Asante Samuel, Damien Robinson, Tutan Reyes, The Undisputed Cruiserweight Champion of the World, O’Neil “Supernova” Bell
Has it been a smooth road?
Many of my challenges were met with common sense, Critical thinking, Real life experience and the Discipline That I received from my small but loving family. Use homelessness that allowed me to view the world with a perspective that would not commonly be granted to such a young person.
I realized although I was born into a challenging situation in terms of poverty and obstacles, that I was born rich with talent, potential and the ability to create my own World. I took the blueprint that my family gave me and created an eco-system that allowed me to create a life full of abundance and wealth

My current firm is an investment and consulting firm, we assist multinational corporations, celebrities, key influencers and world leaders on attaining or recreating their mission, business or vision.
We are known for our in depth resources and Imaginative solutions, we bring the client bespoke platform or system designed for their specific needs. I am proud of the reputation we have built and the legacy that will be in place long after I retire.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
My history is as tied to Atlanta as my future. What I’m doing here Guarantees that we will have an impact in the development and greatness of this fine city. Although I was born In New York City, I am a fourth generation Member of a family that was born and raised in fourth Ward section of Atlanta.
What I love most about the city Of Atlanta Is its diversity an unlimited Access To resources that will continue to keep Atlanta, one of the greatest cities in the World. Not just our amazing lifestyle, culture and enjoyment, but the technology, commerce, the arts and the spirit of humanity, is what will keep it a growing society that is contributing to the global economy.
My least favorite thing is the rush hour traffic and some of the antiquated criminal laws and civil statutes for a city Modeled on humanity, by the Great Late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
