Duc, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Love to share Vietnamese culture and food to local residents in Kennesaw.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
We are the first Vietnamese restaurant in Kennesaw and it takes lots of effort to bring people in to try Vietnamese cuisine. So brand awareness is very challenging.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with 575 Bistro – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.

Will expand our menu to introduce new wonderful dishes.
