I am the owner of Honey D’s sugar scrubs and more. We specialize in an all-natural skincare product line which has honey in the ingredients. We started this line about three years ago from just an idea and a product that I made for myself. I gifted a few of my sugar scrubs to friends and family and they all loved it!
From that time on my business was created, over the next three years, I worked toward perfecting my craft and adding more skincare items to my line. As of now, we offer a foaming sugar scrub, body oil, body butter and beard wash for men. We are also working on a beard balm for men which will be launched in 2020. As time continues to change so will our products for the better. We take pride in our products and everything that we make is made fresh. We love our customers and we strive to give them quality products!
Has it been a smooth road?
Entrepreneurship isn’t easy at all. You have to find time to plan, balance life and run a business. The struggles that I have had along the way would be not knowing how to properly advertise on social media and keeping my finances and budget for the business in order.

The name of my company is Honey D’s sugar scrubs and more. We specialize in an all-natural skincare line which includes: sugar scrub, body oil, beard wash, body butter and beard balm for men. What I am most proud of when it comes to my company would have to be our customer service and of course our products! We take pride in delivering a quality product for our customers and everything is made fresh. What sets us apart from others would be our promptness with getting our orders out in a timely manner, our great customer service and our products.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
We see honey D’s sugar scrubs becoming an actual brick and mortar and also our online sales increasing tremendously.
