Hi Dymond, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Im an accomplished manager & CEO of Dymond Management. I’m a Quadruple threat I’ve had acting roles and cameos in nationally released films, achieved success securing 7-8 figure deals as an artist manager & producer manager. Im also the CEO of the nationally known brand as seen on tv, “Divas Touch” where I has served as, celebrity hair, make up and wardrobe stylist and Creative director for some of the industries biggest names such as Grammy award winning Cardi B, Megan thee Stallion, LeLe from legendary group SWV, Summer Walker, Saweetie, Blac Chyna, Natalie Nunn, Porsha Williams, and over 100 more celebrity clients.
I got a break over a decade ago when I connected with a company that worked in the music industry with management and production and i was offered the position of management. I Helped secure multiple 6 figure deals and also multi-million dollar publishing deals on the production side.
I Currently manage female rap artist “Cuban Doll” & previously managed “Bambi” from love and hiphop. I secured a rare and mind blowing 20 million dollar Record deal with Columbia Records for “Rican da menace”, I also helped secure a multimillion dollar deal for
Compton artist “Jehkai” at Atlantic Records. I have a lot of new moves on my plate and new signees that I can’t wait to display to the world as I’m still aggressively chasing my dreams!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has absolutely not been a smooth road. Some struggles are dealing with multiple personalities and big egos, making sure everyone is on the same page and they are staying consistent, tenacious, motivated and focused. The music and entertainment industry is a very difficult industry to get into and also to stay into because there are so many people that are trying to get in. The turn over rate is very high. People tend to quit chasing there dreams easily once they find out it’s very hard and consistent work. If you dont stay focused, and stay working daily, and also stay on the same page with your team, your career can fall apart pretty quickly. There’s always the next aspiring entertainer that has the eye of the tiger ready to outwork the last person. It’s crucial that you never quit chasing your dreams because u will have to start all over again and u end up wasting time and energy while the people that didn’t quit pass you by. The coach can coach forever it’s the players that get old.

Dymond Mgmt – I’m known as an accomplished music executive and music manager. Also for being a great coach, motivator, Artist developer. I also use my wardrobe styling talent and hair styling talents for my clients as well if needed. I’m also known for closing 6, 7 & 8 figure deals for my clients. Divas Touch – I’m Nationally known for being a Celebrity stylist. I have a suit in Buckhead Atlanta Ga. I originally started out in Columbus ohio where I had a store front, Then I moved to Atlanta Ga in 2020 and took my business down there. I’m known for my extravagant Makeovers. Making people over from head to toe, wardrobe, makeup, and hair. I caught the attention of celebrities and started dressing and doing celebrities hair and makeup for there events and special occasions.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I definitely see myself as a big risk taker. I invested in my management company by spending money and time and putting my other careers on the back burner to become successful in the time commanding music industry.I actually invested well into 6 figures to open multiple locations with Divas Touch. The saying “the bigger the risk the bigger the reward” is true. I had to relocate my businesses to several different states and cities. I’ve lived in LA , Ohio, Vegas,and Atlanta. You have to be willing to risk it all if u want greater results in life, you have to be willing to be uncomfortable, that’s just part of process of elevating to higher levels. You also have to be able to withstand the period where nothing is happening or things aren’t moving as quickly as you might have wanted. Stay down and understand that’s part of the process and you will succeed.
