

Today we’d like to introduce you to Monique Williams.
Monique, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
In 2015, I attended a real estate investing seminar & workshop in Atlanta, GA. I was intrigued at the many opportunities within real estate investing and the various facets of the business. I quickly learned how many successful people invest in real estate and began to educate myself. With a background in sales management, I utilized my skills to position myself among some of the most active and successful players in the industry. As I learned from mentors, I noticed something very attractive… The opportunity they had to create financial freedom! At this time in my life, I decided to take a leap of faith and truly become an entrepreneur.
In August 2016, I went full time, focusing on wholesaling off-market properties to local real estate investors. I quickly learned the life of an entrepreneur requires early mornings and late nights; many ups and downs; more no’s than yes’s but knew that persistence was key which I learned executing marketing strategies in corporate America. After a few months, I closed my 1st deal. I helped an elderly man sell a family home they could not afford to maintain. I now became a problem solver for homeowners in distressed situations. The feeling of knowing that I helped someone get rid of a stressful situation, was bigger than the financial reward! From this point forward, I knew I could do this business!
Fast forward to one day in January 2017… I met with Jonathan Stafford and Carlos Carson at a property that Carlos was wholesaling. The two partnered to get the property sold. The three of us had an on the spot conversation about creating a team to create win-win situations where everybody can eat. A light bulb was lit and we decided to bring this idea to reality and came up with eerrybody eats real estate group. We had many individuals express an interest to join our team but it was narrowed down to six rare, like-minded individuals. Our team now consists of Jonathan Stafford, Monique Williams, Carlos Carson, Contrell Sims, Danelle Neal, and Charlie Parks.
Eerrbody eats real estate group is more than just a real estate group. We focus on providing efficient and fair services to property owners; our goal is to create low-risk investment opportunities for real estate investors, allowing us to create win-win situations! We are currently working to become a pillar in the community by providing sources for financial literacy, affordable housing and other resources needed within our communities. We volunteer our time by feeding and clothing the homeless and have future plans to rebuild our local communities with affordable living.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Any entrepreneur will tell you, the road is more rough than it is smooth getting started! The number of no’s outnumber the number of yes’s which can be intimidating. Going from closing deals to not closing or having closings lined up that don’t close, etc. which comes with the real estate industry. Our team has a motto to stay in the yellow (be cautious & persistent) until the deal closes! Never be in the red (negative) but never be in the green (overconfident).

Eerrbody eats real estate group is a local real estate investing group that specializes in wholesaling off-market properties.
We are known & greatly respected for team unity & our hustle. We are in streets, going into vacant properties & have a “by any means necessary” approach to wholesaling.
We have been a team for two years, have not fallen apart. We are all on the same page & committed to accomplishing our goals. We stand on integrity & honest at all times, whether we’re dealing with a seller or buyer.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The proudest moment of my career has been the heartfelt testimonies from the homeowners helped out of these situations. Some of these people have maintained the relationship after the closing. Again, being a life problem solver is greater than any financial gain!
