Meet Emeka Nwachukwu of X’OST Fitness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Emeka Nwachukwu.

Hi Emeka, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was a chubby junior college basketball player. I wanted to get in better shape and fell in love with fitness and transforming myself, and I made a career out of helping others do the same thing!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not a smooth road. I’m still struggling today! Some of those struggles include lack of money, industry competition and sometimes comfortability.

We’ve been impressed with X’OST Fitness, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I own a health and training business that provides health, nutrition and training knowledge for people to benefit from in the long run. I’m currently a sole proprietor, I run every aspect of my own business from marketing to accounting. What I’m most proud of and what sets me apart is the way I professionally do business in a personal manner. What I want our readers to know is that what I have to offer is different and I’m going to continue to grow.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Taking the risk of moving out on my own having my own business be my sole income source. Let alone paying a certain amount of rent for the first time two years ago.
