Hi Erica, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Healing n building Central came about after I fought and won my battle against situational depression. After sustaining so many heartbreaks throughout life, I found that I gave too many pieces of myself to others where they didn’t bother refilling me. During my breaking sessions, I rediscovered my passion for working with people and helping improve lives in a meaningful way.
While I initially found solace in healing clients, I tapped into a new passion of business building when I saw an increase in new business owners because of the pandemic. Many side hustles quickly grew into small businesses that lacked proper formation. That led me to the creation of Building Business Bosses, a 4 to 6 weeks program designed for new and already established business owners that has filled up eight of its ten spots.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has been bumpy and smooth, but overall the process has been rewarding. An initial struggle was finding my place within this industry, a position that put me in front of my competitors. Another struggle was the absence of business credit and funding.

As an Entrepreneur Business coach, I specialize in helping aspiring and already established business owners start their business correctly, grow their business correctly and find their target customer for consistent sales and conversions.
I do this through my signature Program, Building Business Bosses which is 4 to 6 weeks of Group coaching and mentoring in a virtual class setting tackling everything from business legalities to the launch or relaunch.
What sets me apart from my competitor is my direct attitude. I don’t take any excuses and I acknowledge when the business owner isn’t showing up for themselves. I’m proud that I almost filled my first class up, even though I had not completed the entire itinerary or knew the exact direction I was going.
