Meet Francois Bryson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Francois Bryson. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Owner & Chef Francois, of native American Caribbean descent hailing from the West Indies; developed a love for food at a very early age. He’d stand around with big brown eyes taking in everything he saw about the way his mother worked in the kitchen. Who was also a lifelong professional chef. You could say culinary is embedded in the chef’s DNA. Francois always loved food, you can say I was always a hungry kid and enjoyed eating good food, it’s all I knew. My pallet developed early. As I would often accompany my mother to work at the resorts and watch her in her element. I understood I too had a passion for the arts that had to be explored. The one fact about Eternal Knife Catering is that you will be satisfied. It’s my personal goal to use the freshest ingredients to produce great-tasting flavorful meals, superior customer service, and pristine presentation to meet the eyes. I take absolute pride in every dish composed to make an amazing culinary experience for you that’s guaranteed to wow my clients.
