Today we’d like to introduce you to Freddie Hart.
Freddie, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started my company back in mid-2019. After the 2018 NFL Draft, when I didn’t get a chance at professional football, I wanted to find what was next. I started a Christian fitness apparel line call CONF1DENCE 9:24. And when it comes to selling anything, you must learn two things: sales and marketing. With the shift in the world of digital marketing, I learned how to use Content Creation (Video Production and Graphic Design) and Paid Distribution (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Paid Advertising) to marketing my business. What I didn’t realize is that the skills I was learning in the marketing and advertising world were in high demand due to the shift in the way we buy things and believe in brands.
So my first client was a client named Reginald Scandrett, who is running for Henry County Sheriff. After that, I got an account with a Chick-Fil-A franchise. Now I work with multiple Political Clients and businesses trying to make the transition online. I was able to show what I can do, and I was effective in using my videographers and photographers accordingly, and the business grew because of it. My ultimate goal now is to change a large businesses’ brand by effectively giving them contextual content to the market.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Surprisingly, marketing my own apparel line was the hardest. Because there are a lot of fakers in the marketing industry, I spent countless dollars and hours trying to learn from courses that were not beneficial. But after I was able to funnel what was true and effective and what wasn’t, it allowed staying focused. In hindsight, I am now trying to build a “marketing machine” that I can put any brand, product, or service through. So the struggles came early, but it is a smoother road now.
Frhart2 Enterprises – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Our company motto is “Making Messages Known.” So our main focus is content creation and paid distribution to help companies, politicians, and other businesses achieve their business results. So the main service that we have consisted of us creating the contextual content, running the digital ads for the company, copywriting, video production, and content creation all in one.
Our biggest stand-alone services are video production and Facebook advertising. We try to get clients to let us take care of all of that stuff for them, but if not, video production and Facebook advertising as a separate individual service is where we are most effective.
As a company, I’m really proud of all the political advertising and content creation we’ve done during this time for our political clients. We work with both sides of the aisle, but it’s because we understand that the most qualified candidate is not always on one party. So because we do not have this hinderance, it allows us to work with the most qualified candidate who will promote the things in this country that need to be changed.
I am also proud of the fact that we were just nominated for the Launch Award by the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. The Launch Award is for a company that started 24 months or less ago. What sets us apart from others is the fact we do both the content creation and the paid advertising. A lot of people in “Social Media Marketing” will promote cool videos, hashtags, and graphics. and while that is important, you need a paid strategy in today’s world. On the contrary, there are “Facebook Ad Companies” that don’t know how to make creative content that works. Under one roof, we do all of that for products and services because we know that one complements the other, and for that reason, they must be in tandem. Long story short: Videos and Graphics are cool, but you must have a distinct plan as to why you are doing what you are doing. You must also have a long term goal. Posting once a day or running ads means nothing unless you have a purpose.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I 100% don’t believe in luck. I believe that hard work and God put you in front of opportunities where you have to capitalize. I hear too many times where people say things like “I don’t have time” or “I need to relax” I believe that self-awareness is important. But you must control what you can control. It is better not to get an opportunity and be prepared than to not be prepared for an opportunity.
