Today we’d like to introduce you to Ge Holla.
Ge, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My celebrity life podcast started in 2016 when I signed a contract/agreement with iHeartMedia to become a photojournalist and cinema-photographer to cover all festivals and events being sponsored and created by iHeartRadio. My first interview coverage was with Tamar Braxton live interview. in-studio. It did so well and the executives at iHeartmedia were so impressed with my platform geholla.com-Celebrity photography, cinemaphotography, blogging and vlogging it prompted them to have me cover virtually every event moving forward that involved Fantasia, Lyfe Jennings, Mary J Bridge, Tamar Braxton, Doug E. Fresh, Doug E. Fresh, Trina, Monica, Avant, Urban Mystic, Carl Thomas, Fred Hammond, Ro James, Peabo Bryson, & many more…
I decided on that faithful day in 2016 after the Tamar Braxton, iHeartMedia session to create my own lane/platform. I would go on to interview many celebrities gaining access to top tier or A-List on down to document their stories. In doing, so I had an epiphany to assist every blogger, photographer, cinematographer & journalist I’ve come into contact with that has good vibes & righteous spirits to help them gain an interview credit, skills, or experience under geholla.com and My Celebrity Life podcast was born.
Has it been a smooth road?
The greatest struggle is finding those persons who are genuine to help that you can trust. Unfortunately, we all error against each other some are intentional and others are innocently done. You must keep a watchful eye on folks, those closet access to you will attempt to steal your connections or recreate your brand, sound, vision, style, or movements. Like Blac Chyna told me in a recent interview keep your secrets; private, and guarded. She is 100 correct on that till it’s time to unveil. It’s a dog-eat-dog world in independent media as well.
We’d love to hear more about your business.
F.M.G. Media stands for “Family Mogul Group”, Independent media outlet. F.M.G. Media is my umbrella company mainly all images taken by me are tagged with my logo as a freelance photographer & cinema photographer. Under or branches of F.M.G. Media comes www.geholla.com which is a blogging & vlogging website with our celebrity journals and My Celebrity Life podcast is where we interview celebrities by phone in or interview on video and social media live streams: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. As a company, my most crowning achievement is bringing folks together that would have never been given an opportunity to be in this field or lifestyle without joining the boule, Illuminati or secret society. “Let there be light” is my philosophy teaching others to let go of conspiracy theories, fear, or self-doubt. You can make it without selling your soul or compromising your body, values, morals, and beliefs. I’m set apart on my mission is because I speak to souls to resurrect and bridge them to success.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Yeah, Atlanta is the Hollywood of the south, it’s a great place for independent media starting out or starting over. I would recommend anyone just to learn, understand, comprehend, elevate, grow, and be observant before starting any business doesn’t it just for popularity. Do it for glory, leave your name in life’s story; remember to leave a ‘legacy” and be victorious. Improve yourselves on an individual level first don’t be worried about a collective movement right now. Heal what’s wrong in you before moving forward. That’s the first improvement needed.
