Today we’d like to introduce you to Haleigh Linn.
Hi Haleigh, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
In 2022, I was struggling with restlessness at work and what I was doing with my life. I wanted to be more available to my family, but wasn’t quite sure how to get there. I reached out to a few friends and started assisting with event set up for a luxury event planner. Over the next few months, she taught me so many things and I discovered that I loved being a part of the behind the scenes of the party planning and set up business. In March of 2023, I decided to jump in and try it out on my own. Fast forward almost 3 years, and I have set up for more events than I could have ever dreamed of. I have built relationships from this business and gained many loyal clients along the way!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t all been sunshine and rainbows. Late nights, lots of heavy lifting, and lots of weather related issues along the way, but I still love it every time I get to help my clients add some fun elements to their party!
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
By day, I work in bookkeeping for a small home renovation company based in Milton, GA. Outside of that, I plan events and build balloon arches. I love when clients give me the freedom to use my creativity to design their party decor. I specialize in balloon installs and backdrops for photo areas, but I also do full party planning from start to finish.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I am definitely a risk taker and thrive in chaos. I live in the moment and my outlook is that everything will always work out!
