Halimah, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I have a family with a mixed bag of skin characteristics and luckily learned early that I have to keep up with the different phases that my skin goes through to keep it healthy.
Five years ago, I began to document how my skin behaved through the season changes and also through the level of activity I performed in a day. I found that my skin was dry, oily, rough, soft and every other type. I began to use many products sometimes twice a day and didn’t know what they were made of. I mean my skin is a pretty big part of my life and understanding that Unlimited Luxury Bathing was created. I wanted all the luxury that I could squeeze into a soap bar, shea butter whip, and bath bomb. I wanted my personal time in the bathroom every day to be a trip to the spa. That is how I got to where I am today.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
This has definitely been a rough road but I would not trade it in for anything. I get the most spectacular and amazing reactions from people who use my products. I have never received a bad reaction from just people looking to after they have used them. Some struggles have included the amount of people who know the brand but I feel that slow and steady wins the race. I feel that as long as Unlimited Luxury Bathing continues to keep quality as the number one priority then these struggles will not only be worth it but won’t last much longer.
