Today we’d like to introduce you to Harold Jackson.
Harold, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started as a laborer for the steam fitting trade in NJ. Seeing a bigger picture initiated an apprenticeship program for the city of Newark NJ Public Schools. Attended Plumbers Local 24 apprenticeship. Obtained a NJ Master Plumbers License 11062 in 2000. Started a successful business, Father and Son Sewer and Drain Cleaning. Wanting more appreciation for my hard work, I searched out a new life in Atlanta in July 2015. Started business WeThePlumbers and HDJ SERVICES LLC. Obtained a GA State Class 2 Master Plumbers License 210374. (the highest that can be achieved). Holding licenses in 2 states positions my expertise to provide Atlanta with the best plumbing experience they have ever witnessed.
Has it been a smooth road?
The road definitely is bumpy sometimes. Not having a name in the plumbing industry is a great challenge. No one knows you exist. But with extensive love and support from family, friends, a great marketing team and all those wonderful clients who were willing to take a chance with us, we rolled over those bumps in record time like a Monster Truck.

We are a residential and commercial plumbing company. We specialize in all aspects of the plumbing industry. We also enjoy catering to those artistic and high-end fixture installs. We bring over 20 years of experience to our clients. The client gets master plumber service not just “a plumber”. What separates us from everyone else is we strive for every plumbing experience to be a great learning experience.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Plumbing is here to stay. It’s recession-proof. The rich, poor, middle class – everyone will need a quality plumber at some point and time. As plumbing technologies grow with new models of appliances, we’ll be there to take our clients to the next level.
