Meet Jaecena Howell of Dallas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jaecena Howell.

Hi Jaecena, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I was always very business minded and focused on becoming wealthy. I truly started when I began connecting and networking with like minded individuals who were interested in entrepreneurship and building wealth. What started as casual conversations about business and entrepreneurship, soon became business deals and contracts that resulted in a successful business.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The most significant struggle along the way was unexpected expenses. The most prominent one that comes to mind was when a water heater burst at my property and flooded the entire main floor. The first three inches of wall had to be removed, all of the main floor flooring, the kitchen cabinets and water heater had to be replaced. Overall it was about 15k worth of expenses due to water damage.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Professionally I’m working as a Senior Operations Manager of Special Projects. Currently I travel to different locations for my company to build, support, launch and implement new systems and processes that will improve the overall business. I have managed and launched entire new businesses for my company that expanded to 22 stores after a year.
Also, outside of my employer I enjoy entrepreneurship. I am most interested and knowledgeable in investing in real estate but I am always open to new opportunities based on the relationships I build with other entrepreneurs.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What I like best about our city is the people. I have met many amazing people and built life long relationships because of our city. My least favorite thing about our city is the traffic.
