Today we’d like to introduce you to Jamel Jackson.
Jamel, a motivational speaker, and encourager that delivers thought provoking messages in a way that relates to the everyday person. He has changed thousands of lives and set optimistic fire in the hearts of his listeners. He has spoken on countless relationship panels such as Chandon Carters Love Confidential Q&A, Staci Jaes Single Girls Club, Carrie QT Michelle Wombtique Relationship truth (the good the bad and the ugly). He has contributed some of his writings to the authors of the book entitled SingleMan Married Man. Recently Jamel released a book entitle The Value of Relationships. A visionary of profound beliefs and BIG DREAMS, he has set out to let the world know that it’s “COOL 2B SAVED”. Traveling from the street corners of Ohio, stages in New York and stadiums in Atlanta to churches in Kuwait and more, delivering his C.2.B.S message. Cool 2B Saved (C2BS) was founded by Jamel in 2009.
C2BS is a revelation that creates a culture of salvation, which recognizes that, by design, each person houses the ability to become an agent of change in the rebuilding of the global community. This paradigm shift promotes the individual to having community responsibility, revealing that he/she has the tools to revolutionize the entire world from his/her strategic placement.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The road has definitely not been a smooth one. It has been a road of trial and error. One of the most challenging experiences has been losing myself or my life in order to find myself. I have always held on to my life in fear that losing any parts of it would result in me be referred to as weak. It wasn’t until I begin to let what I consider a great life go that I begin to gain life.

I am an Author, Public Speaker and Community Activist who has been teaching on the topic of relationships for more than ten years. I have spearheaded several business activations surrounding the purpose of bridging the gap between families, streets, teenagers, and public figures. I have spoken on a plethora of relationship panels, consulted, counseled, and transformed countless lives by an in depth understanding of outreach and The Value of Relationships. One of the main things we are proud of in our company is the amount of lives that have been changed through the messages of relationship building. I believe what sets us apart is our tenacity to keep pushing no matter what the obstacles are.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
My personal definition of success is how many people have you served in your lifetime. I believe true success is found in serving. While serving I believe success is default. My criteria is to do a constant evaluation of the people I work with. My objective is to constantly inspect the foundation and make sure we are building on purpose.
