Check out our conversation with Janie below.
Hi Janie, so great to have you join us again. For folks who might have missed our earlier conversations, can you please take a minute to briefly introduce yourself?
My name is Janie Sloan, I am a writer and film director and owner of Quit Playing Production. I create Christian based films.
How did you come up with the name Quit Playing Production?
I came up with the name due to the fact that I decided to truly Quit playing with God and give Him my whole heart. Quit Playing is a reminder for me to continue into my relationship with God, with my prayer life and studying and continuing to create content that glorifies Him.
What separates your Christian based movies from others?
What separates me from most Christian based content, is that I don’t sugarcoat the truth. My films address issues that most Christian production companies don’t touch. I want to show the world how God can deliver you from any situation.
What other services does your company offer?
My company offers editing services, acting reels, coaching for actors and I also direct other films that are not mine.
I would love to add existing and upcoming projects. TAKE A STAN featuring Shar Jackson, is now Streaming on Tubi, Amazon, Hoopla, VUDU and FANDANGONOW.
Upcoming projects- Despise Not My Youth will be coming soon.
