Jay, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
World Logo was started in early 2002 with my two brothers, Jeff and David. At the time, our economy and country was still rebounding from the tragedy of 9/11 and during the most difficult time, we were starting a business. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and immense hustle, World Logo was born. With the support of our friends and family we muscled through and have been pushing forward. Since opening its doors, World Logo has been growing an average of 20-30% every year.
Has it been a smooth road?
It has definitely not been a smooth road. Opening our doors after 9/11 was difficult to say the least.
We made it through the next couple years only to head into the “Great Recession”, which put a lot of companies out of business. We survived, where many did not, but the road was hard. Struggles in business are inevitable, but when our country as a whole is in a downturn, everyone is effected, and small to medium size businesses feel those effects on a much deeper level. World Logo has survived these tough times thanks to our true grit and determination to succeed, not only for ourselves, but as well as our clients and community.
