Meet Jeanne Wells of Jeanne In A Bottle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeanne Wells.

Jeanne, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My name is Jeanne Wells, I am a Holistic Health Care Practitioner and the owner of Jeanne In A Bottle Inc. which is a holistic healing company that provides natural/homeopathic products for sale. Much of what I sell includes, but is not limited to, essential oil-based products such as all- natural room and body sprays; natural deodorant sprays; natural bug sprays; dead sea detoxification bath salts etc. and holistic health services such as: Energy Healing Sessions; Reiki Sessions; Aromatherapy; Crystal Therapy; Angel Therapy; Chakra Balancing and Workout Classes For Chakra Balancing, Belly Dance Workout and more. I also like to create custom essential oil mixes for your personal needs. Last year I organized a Holistic Health Fair and just recently created a Holistic Health Guide for the local newspaper. Periodically I hold educational classes throughout Georgia.

Two decades ago, I began educating myself and obtaining certifications in many different holistic health fields initially because of my Husband, who has very serious health issues. I wanted to help him and then realized that I wanted to help others as well. I have a calling to help others. I am a Reiki master and I have certifications in Reiki, Aromatherapy, Energy Healing, Crystal Therapy, Angel Therapy and am currently working on a certification in Ayurveda and reflexology. I am accredited by The International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine and registered with The International Association Of Reiki Professionals.

Has it been a smooth road?
The largest obstacle that I face is educating my consumers on the fantastic benefits of Holistic Health Care. Many know only western medicine and prescription pills for their ailments. These are fine in some cases, but holistic healthcare offers ancient and newer approaches to treating one’s whole health – mind, body, and spirit. It is very important that we get people to understand that there are many natural, ancient, as well as new technological ways to keep themselves healthy.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Jeanne In A Bottle Inc. story. Tell us more about the business.
As a Holistic Health Practitioner and Reiki Master, I am trying to bring back some of the ancient arts of healing, encouraging the healing and wellness of the body as a whole. Following in the footsteps of the ancient healers I use products and services that have been used for thousands of years. I realize that the newer Western Medicine has its limitations and that long-term use of antibiotics and other medications can create problems for your future health by the body becoming immune to the medications and eventually becoming ineffective. There is also the concern about the rising costs of healthcare itself. Today it is most important to be aware of and to make use of natural preventative, and healing health care.

Jeanne In A Bottle’s goal is to sell products and services that will keep your entire body, mind, and spirit healthy so as to help prevent any illnesses from occurring. I want to offer you natural herbal and homeopathic treatments and remedies that have been used throughout history to help with your bodies healing. Also, it is important to offer and educate people on all of the new holistic technology which is available, that is simply amazing. These alternative medicines are healing but not addictive like many of today’s pharmaceutical medications.

These healing methods can be used to keep you healthy to prevent sickness and also many can be used in conjunction with your doctor prescribed medications. Of course, I am not a medical doctor, so I in no way want to take the place of your family physician. I encourage you to make your doctor visits as needed and to listen to your doctor’s advice. I just want to help you along the road to your healing journey in a natural way.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
The Holistic Health field has come a long way but has a long way to go as far as getting the information out to the public and explaining to them what these fantastic products and services are, and how they can be beneficial to the health process. My goal is to help spread the word and inform people about this form of healing, and beneficial, natural ways to keep one at her peak of health and happiness.
