Hi Jenni, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
In 2010, my love for travel, making priceless family memories, and all things Disney opened doors into the travel industry. That was also the first year my family took their first cruise on the Disney Wonder for Thanksgiving week. We had the most remarkable time and it solidified my desire to help others create core key memories with their loved ones as well.
Since the onset, I have trained extensively, fostered exceptional relationships with suppliers, and created unwavering friendships in the travel industry. My own desire for superior customer service drives my passion for providing personalized services for my clients. I have also had hands-on experience of how to navigate traveling with food allergies and medical limitations. Therefore, I appreciate and understand how every tiny detail could impact daily life in a great way.
Coming out of the pandemic was very challenging for so many. It hit everyone in the travel industry hard. Our businesses had to stand still for a long time. This time challenged and encouraged me to open my agency. This would allow me to surround myself with like-minded travel professionals who put relationships above money.
I knew I wanted my agency to be a safe and welcoming environment to nurture a tribe-like culture for our clients and my agents. I knew I wanted it to be the best travel agency ever! So, the name did seem rather obvious. Opening The Best Travel Agency brought a safe place for agents of all backgrounds to grow and succeed like never before.
The Best Travel Agency is more than just a travel agency. It’s a community of travelers, adventurers, and holiday-makers. Our commitment is to offer a warm, inclusive environment where every client feels valued and appreciated. Here, clients are part of the family. I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Things have not always been easy. Just like any other entrepreneur, I have faced many challenges along the way. The most recent challenge, of course. I was learning how to navigate our industry after it had shut down completely for over 15 months.
However, one of the beautiful things about looking back on how far I have come since I first became a travel agent is realizing how each of those challenges helped mold me into a better travel advisor. And, if I had allowed myself to give up when the road got a little rocky, I would never have leaped to open The Best Travel Agency.
I once read that Mackenzie Scott said, “Don’t let the darkness of the past overshadow the brightness of the future.” That genuinely resonated with me and inspired me to focus on leaving the darkness behind. As cliché as it sounds, the future is bright for The Best Travel Agency.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
My least favorite thing about Atlanta is the traffic. But doesn’t everyone feel that way? Depending on the day, I may need anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours to get to my destination. Sigh…
But there is so much to love about Atlanta! Having celiac disease and a shellfish allergy, it is hard to find safe meals I can enjoy when eating out. But, when in Atlanta, I am always able to find lots of options. (I cannot say that about every travel destination) I also love how inclusive the people of the city can be!
Every year, my daughters and I attend Dragon Con, and we adore seeing how so many people from so many different walks of life can come together. (Cosplay and all). It really is something to witness.
