Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Yes, the road has been bumpy and I have had times when I wanted to just pack it up and quit. But every time I thought about doing so, the universe sent me signs that I had to keep going. I’d get a big order or my phone would ring, and it would be QVC, Amazon and Whole Foods wanting to know more about my products!

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
