Today we’d like to introduce you to Jerrick Perkins.
Jerrick, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I made a transformation myself and understood how important fitness could impact a life. I launched into action and acquired the credentials and education to become a CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) & FNS (Fitness Nutrition Specialist). Now I have the privilege of assisting clients in their fitness goals.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The road was not one of ease for me. I was, unfortunately, struggling with injuries sustained while serving in the US Military. The injuries impacted me physically, mentally and emotionally. Adopting fitness and increasing my physical activity within means. I transformed myself and learned the large positive affect fitness could have on a life.

That Guy Health can assist you as he has and is currently with other clients. In-person training, fitness classes and evaluations is not the only way Jerrick can assist you. He also has a fitness app available for iOS & Android users, which allows training to go beyond county lines and remain with clients as they travel about the world. Supplying clients with personalized training and macro protocols is a vital part of success.
I am most proud of the success my protocol brings about for clients. I don’t train from a tower. My clients respect that my approach is realistic and yields real results. Train with me and you immediately see the difference.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
What happens along my journey made me what I am today. Therefore becoming a great resource and becoming for others to be motivated about their journeys being successful. I’m not changing the past. I’m molding the future!
