Today we’d like to introduce you to Jesse Lirette.
Jesse, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started my career in hospitality and events because I’ve always been passionate about creating experiences that bring people together. Early on, I worked in roles at Disney, Live Nation, and worked in other countries such as Europe and Asia that exposed me to operations, sales, and client management, which gave me a solid foundation to build on.
As I gained more experience, I began to see opportunities to approach events differently – not just as venues or services, but as complete experiences that integrated production, technology, and hospitality. That mindset pushed me to take on larger projects, grow my network, and eventually lead teams capable of delivering events at scale, from corporate and social events to live entertainment productions.
That brings me to my current role with Enspire, which we refer to as an event visionary, venue, planner, and producer, radically rolled into one. By doing it all, we’re able to bring unprecedented efficiency to the planning of extraordinary events–the bigger, bolder, more borderline-impossible, the better. And it’s a joy for me, because I get to bring all of my skills and passions to the table. It’s a full circle moment for me.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It wasn’t always a smooth road. Decades of experience planning and producing events on a global stage make the importance of communication and organization crystal clear. At Enspire we like to say, “A tight ship makes the biggest splash”, meaning the more moving parts and parties you have, the more buttoned up you have to be. And that’s something our team has perfected.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Our work at Enspire is all about creating big, bold, beautiful events—with calm, cool, creative direction. From the event owner’s perspective, clear communication is the ultimate kindness, and that’s what we want to be known for. We say the “E” in Enspire is for efficiency. So, for every ounce of artistry and imagination, we deliver equal parts practicality and professionalism. We want the planning and the event to be a pleasure for our clients.
That’s why we bring all the pieces together—venues, design, production, and client services—into a seamless package. Instead of simply renting a space, we connect all the dots. We’re thinking outside the box—and making sure every box is checked. Bridging the gap between creativity and logistics is my specialty, whether I’m working on a large-scale corporate event, a social gathering, or an entertainment production.
What are your plans for the future?
We’re focused on growth and innovation. We’re expanding our footprint, adding new venues, and building strong partnerships, so we can continue to bring unprecedented efficiency to the planning of extraordinary events.
We’ll continue to invest heavily in technology and creative talent in order to push the boundaries of what live experiences can be. And we’re already exploring new formats for large-scale productions and more intimate, curated gatherings, so clients can experience something fresh without sacrificing the service we’re known for.
