Today we’d like to introduce you to Joe Ward Jr.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Joe. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there
COVID-19… This pandemic has been crazy with restaurants closing, only take out no dine or social distancing seating. Families can’t go out and enjoy themselves with a decent dinner. So I received an early Father’s Day Gift, which was a Flat top NexGrill. By me always going to a Hibachi restaurant, I watch and pay attention. A couple of years ago, I owned a restaurant made money but just the wrong location to me so I started selling plates from home. This year came and COVID-19 shut the world down, but I was still able to sell plates and delivering them. One day I received a phone call and a young lady called me and wanted me to do a Hibachi meal for her family of ten, so I decided to pull up and do the dinner on Site. From that day forward, it’s been people calling me, inboxing me and booking Hibachi Joe’s.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It’s been pretty smooth but the scheduling is crazy. Trying to book and accommodate people so they can have a successful Dinner. People calling from Alabama and other cities which is over 100 miles away I have to turn them down from time to time.

Hibachi Joe’s I’m a traveling chef that pull up to your location and prepare you and your family a great Meal. We specialize in American Hibachi cuisine with choices of Chicken/Steak/Shrimp/Salmon/Lobster. What makes me proud is when my customers are happy and full. My character my personality my customer service and my great tasting food separate me from the Rest.

  • Food price starts at $14 to $30
