Meet Jonathan Bolton of Keller Williams Realty Atlanta – West Cobb in Marietta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jonathan Bolton.

Jonathan, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I am originally from Oakland, California and I have been in Atlanta for seven years. My marketing expertise introduced me to Grammy Award Winning Producer Jermaine Dupri on social media and got me to pack my bags and move across the country. Once in Atlanta, I was able to showcase my skills behind a camera and became Jermaine’s personal photographer/videographer. My people skills along with the desire to help people achieve the American Dream gave me the courage to obtain my real estate license. After careful thought and advice from mentors, I decided to join Keller Williams Realty, feeling that it would be the best fit and allow me to be the Mega Agent I know I’m destined to be.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
During the time of preparing myself for the Georgie Real Estate Exam, my wife and I were blessed with our second daughter. This called for very long nights, but nothing that I was not prepared for. I knew that this license would open a larger door of opportunities for my family. Through hard work and perseverance, anything is possible.

Please tell us more about your work, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
As a licensed Realtor, my job is to provide my clients with the best experience while guiding them in selling or buying a property. I especially like the idea of helping someone make their very first purchase changing their life forever. What I am most proud of with my company is our integrity and teamwork. What sets me apart from others is my passion to teach the community of the importance of home ownership and assisting in building generational wealth.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory from childhood is riding in my fathers 64 1/2 Ford Mustang. The feeling when he would drop me off at school and all the kids see me get out the car and then hear him drive off. This was the beginning of my love for muscle cars.
