“I started my journey as a master cosmetologist and opened Salon Jon’tue Jeanene, where I focused on helping clients feel confident and beautiful through personalized hair care. My passion for wellness and beauty inspired me to expand into other ventures, including Vita Beauty Labs, which offers vitamins, supplements, and products to enhance hair, skin, and overall well-being from the inside out. I also created Uniek Head Spa and a consulting business, blending hands-on experience with education to help clients build self-care routines that truly work. Today, I’m proud to support people in looking and feeling their best while sharing my expertise and passion for holistic beauty.”
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not at all, it’s been a journey full of lessons. One of the biggest challenges was balancing everything while building my businesses—running Salon Jon’tue Jeanene, creating Vita Beauty Labs, and launching Uniek Head Spa all while managing personal responsibilities. I’ve faced setbacks like navigating the beauty industry’s ups and downs, dealing with health challenges like vitamin deficiencies, and figuring out how to grow products that people trust.
But each struggle taught me resilience, creativity, and how to connect authentically with my clients. The bumps in the road shaped the way I approach my businesses today with intention, integrity, and a focus on truly helping people feel confident and cared for.

With Vita Beauty Labs, I create vitamins and supplements that support hair, skin, and overall well-being, and at Uniek Head Spa, I combine relaxation, scalp care, and treatment-focused services.
I’m known for my attention to detail, trustworthy advice, and creating an experience where clients feel truly cared for. What I’m most proud of is building businesses that empower people to feel confident, healthy, and beautiful—whether through a haircut, a spa treatment, or a wellness product. What sets me apart is my combination of hands-on expertise, deep understanding of wellness, and my dedication to creating results that clients can see and feel.”
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
“One of my favorite childhood memories is sneaking my mom’s relaxer to style my baby dolls’ hair. I’d pretend I was giving them a real salon makeover—it was my first taste of creativity and experimenting with hair, and honestly, it sparked my passion for cosmetology long before I even realized it!”
