Thanks for sharing your story with us Justice. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I have built what you would call an empire for self. I started off having all social media’s and I used those platforms to express myself by being fashionable every day. Growing up, I had to figure life out and what I mean by that is I was a little confused as to what I wanted as a career. I began soul searching until I prayed one day for guidance and ever since then, I found my calling. My beauty line came about in 2015; it’s been doing really well. As you may know, the beauty business is overly populated but that fuels me to go even harder. I’ve been working really hard on accomplishing my goals and finding ways to move forward in my endeavors as a fashion model, designer and entrepreneur.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Everything isn’t peaches and cream; however, you find your way through things by allowing situations to play out. It’s been a tough road and I know that there will be a lot more of that. My advice to anyone who’s working on something or just in general, always remember your WHY and you will succeed at anything.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Beautywar Cosmetics – what should we know?
I own a beauty company by the name of Beautywar Cosmetics; we specialize in liquid matte lipstick and lip gloss. I’ve had my business since 2015, so it is very dear to my heart. Most people know me as a model or an influencer. What sets me apart from others is that I find what works for me, I stick with it and it helps me grow as a person.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
I’m very open-minded and understanding.
