Today we’d like to introduce you to Justin Windom.
Justin, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Me and my business partner at the age of 15 decided that one day in the year 2009 we will have our own fitness company and change the world with our talents and ten years later we did just that. Currently, right now I am co-owner of Powerhouse sports Academy LLC with Micah Baisden and I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Practitioner who is working to achieve his evaluating License. The path wasn’t easy but me and him had a brick and created a growing empire.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We have had a lot of blood sweat and tears due to life and its obstacles but enduring those tough times has made our business one of the fastest growing fitness brands in Atlanta. Lots of people doubting and giving negative energy but we both knew positive would come and we stayed focus on the mission. We believe very strongly in a family environment that is what attracts people to us as I and him are best friends, brothers, and pretty much family.
Please tell us about your business.
Our business is built on family first and that is very important to show people that even though your different the vision if you work hard enough, can come together. I focus on rehab and flexibility to achieve proper workout positioning and improving safety and duration longevity as far as exercise is concerned.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The proudest moment for me is when we had our boot camp in July and had over 100 people attend our boot-camp.
