Katrice, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
K Clopton & Co. was birthed through a Direct sales business, Paparazzi Accessories.  I became an Independent Consultant on August 19, 2016, looking to make additional money with family and friends, selling $5 jewelry until I found a full-time job. So I thought…

Upon investing in me with Paparazzi Accessories, I was very uncertain about my future as life happened to me and it was a hard hit.

An investment of $99 into a direct sales company selling $5 jewelry changed my entire being, livelihood, mindset and that of my children.

I have a massive team of bosses across the United States. I have been awarded several accolades and awards, I’ve earned several free all expense paid trips, and I’ve been awarded multiple Bling Boss Awards, which means, I have earned six figures in one year from commission alone with Paparazzi, becoming a multi six-figure earner.

The job I was looking for prior to joining Paparazzi, I never found it, as I became a business owner of K Clopton & Co. Building a team and selling $5 Paparazzi jewelry.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My road started bumpy as two weeks prior to my business beginning, I spent days looking for a Rehab/Nursing facility for my then 35-year-old husband, who wasn’t alert or responsive at the time following a rare brain stem stroke that left him immobile and unable to speak and 100 percent totally disabled on January 27, 2016. Upon the birth of K Clopton & Co., I was depressed, continuing to live with his mother, raising our three children alone. Our lives changed in a split second.

October 2016, my team was growing slowly, I had to deal with my purse being stolen from my car with keys and everything it to the thieves coming back to steal my vehicle. Dealing with life, raising children, being a part-time caretaker, building and managing a team, and rebuilding my life with new normalcy, the journey hasn’t been easy, but my team #DestinedforGreatness and I are continuing to build businesses.  They are truly the real #MVPs!

Katrice – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I share hope and confidence by helping women and men aspire to be their best and reach goals through their own Paparazzi journey as an Independent Consultant. This journey helps people not only get by, it changes our mindsets and culture by breaking generational curses, becoming debt-free, financially healed, and even making ends meet to becoming financially free.

I share $5 lead and nickel free jewelry to my customers who not only shop with me for the cute, inexpensive jewelry, but the experience of shopping with a single mom and her home-based family business.  I share hope, beauty, and self-confidence through necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, and etc.

My business is different from others because I work with my team to reach goals and we work this business with God.  The motto is:  #Oneness and #NoExcuses. I can’t change the world, but with $5 jewelry I believe those who wear and become entrepreneurs with me on the this journey will change their lives through this beautiful $5 jewelry business. I treat my business as my baby and I’m very thankful for it.  Even being introverted, I share it with anyone who will listen, because I know what it can do, if you give it your all.  I’m loving proof!

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
I have several proud moments as I clap for my team #DestinedforGreatness #MVPs,

who makes me extremely proud by reading their testimonies and watching their journey. One of my proudest moments was when I first started my journey and became a Director, which means I added three people to my team. I became a Director in less than two weeks. My next proudest moment was becoming Elite, a year after investing to become a Business owner. This opened up a new world to me, allowing me to provide for my children, creating a path to financial freedom and living life with freedom, on my own terms. My third proudest moment was becoming a Bling Boss in November 2018, which means I earned six figures in commission in a calendar year. This made things real for me and my business as an entrepreneur.  I am so happy and proud to be connected to so many amazing women and men on this journey.

Update 2020:  During a global pandemic, June 2020, our business hit an all-time high in sales and commission, I buried my father, but my team managed to have a spectacular month and K Clopton & Co, hit the 12th highest rank in the company, there’s 15 ranks!  Words can never express the journey and gratitude.  It’s so much more than $5 jewelry.
