Meet Keith Crawford of The Young Executives Foundation in Downtown Atlanta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Keith Crawford.

Keith, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
The Young Executives Foundation Inc. started as just an idea of a mentoring program by co-founder Keith. He initiated to plan the first event underneath the brand and shortly after contacted co-founder Anquita about the opportunity of creating something great. The two dove straight in soon after, then came the birth of The Young Executives Foundation Inc., officially founded on September 18, 2017. At this time, the brand became not only a business, but more significantly a Non-Profit organization geared towards helping others.

The Young Executives Foundation Inc. was created to be an organization that helps young people become inspired from their aspirations despite their environment or lack of resources. Our goal is to encourage and uplift our communities through endless opportunities to be able to achieve any heights, all while endlessly educating themselves. Being from Atlanta, both founders saw many instances where people dreams fell on the side and never became a reality. We would like to initiate the change that breaks this continuous cycle.

As a Young Executives, one has to remember constantly that there are 24 hours in the day and even when you think that it is time to stop it is not. There is always someone staying up later than you, reading that book for their craft and watching that video needed to learn something in reference to their career, or whatever needed to take them to the next level.

The Young Executives Foundation Inc. wants everyone to feel empowered and that with a dream and hard work to follow after anything is possible. The foundation is a major advocate for getting involved with the community as well. From doing community service programs, outreach events, or events that allow the youth to exhibit their talents is what you will definitely think when hearing the name, The Young Executives.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has been some obstacles that we have faced along the way of this entrepreneurial journey. However, one thing that we have told everyone about any obstacle that seems to present itself to you, there is one very pertinent thing needed. That thing is to just learn from every one so that way you can use it to help you elevate. Also, find activities that help you not worry or stress about things.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with The Young Executives Foundation, Inc. – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
The Young Executives business is a nonprofit organization. We strive to encourage and uplift our communities through endless opportunities. We want people to know that they can accomplish any goal that they set for themselves as long as they are confident and consistent with them doing so. We are currently known for planning impact events that help the communities in so many different ways. Whether, that is doing community service, collecting donations for those in need or giving a platform for entrepreneurs to meet and connect with fellow executives. Our nonprofit is unlike any other because we fully understand our communities, since both founders are from Atlanta and went to the inner city schools. They saw first hand where people struggle, have dreams and goals that they have to forget about so they can provide for their families. So, when the nonprofit says that they are wanting to help people win and grow they truly mean it.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We just recently launched our website. The website allows everyone to see what we have been doing and what we have in store for the future. Coming up this year we are releasing four new annual events that we will be hosting. All of which being impactful for our communities. We also are working on our mentoring program that will be launching next year. So make sure you visit our website www.TheYoungExecs.Org and join us on this journey of helping our communities out.
