Hi kemmitria, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started my meal prep company business in 2021 focusing on clients with goals to maintain or lose weight which includes various dietary needs. I also provide fresh juices with my services, in 2023 I incorporated natural products such as oils and natural soaps
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
my biggest challenge is really expose because I am definitely an introvert. Just learning to network more and sign up for more local events.
